Supreme Court’s decision postpones Civil Services result

The results of the Civil Services (2014-2015) examination has been postponed due to Supreme Court’s decision to scrap the ‘Jat’ reservation. The final interview of the candidates has also been postponed due to the overruling.
The civil services result was supposed to be declared by March-end but no such notification has been released yet. More than 20,000 candidates are waiting for the result of the final examination of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) which is conducted as the entrance test for the civil services.

The UPSC will conduct the Civil Services (Main) exam from 1st December to 5th December, 2013 for candidates who had successfully qualified the preliminary exam that was conducted in May this year.

The detailed time table of the exams will be available to the qualified candidates along with their e-admit card.
