Kolkata, June 7 : The WBJEE 2013 examination was conducted for admission to undergraduate Engineering, Technology and Pharmacy courses by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEE) Kolkata on April 21, 2013.
WBJEE Board will announce the results tomorrow on June 8 at 11:00 am.
Students who appeared for the exam are requested by the board to check the results in the official website of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board - http://wbjeeb.nic.in/
Candidates who prefer obtaining the result through SMS are requested to type RESULT WBJEE ROLL NUMBER to 56263.
The chairman of the WBJEE, Mr Bhaskar Gupta has notified that ranks will be awarded to the students based on the marks scored by the students. Students are likely to face some delay while obtaining their results due to heavy rush in the site. The board requests the students not to panic while viewing the results as unnecessary fear can lead to confusions. Students can also take a printout of the results after downloading it from the website.
A total of 1, 20,000 students appeared in the examination across 286 centres across the state. The board is also likely to announce the dates for the e-counseling and e-Admission after announcing the WBJEE results.
Candidates who prefer admission to the professional courses through e-counselling are suggested to have the required original documents.
